Not clear strategy and they don't really care about their employees

Competitive salary and good benefits.

Cons

As in many big corporations, you are just an asset that it is meant to bring money by working hard in the customer without complaining. Managers don't listen to the lower layers and there is not career progression for them. Moreover, they keep changing top management and strategy and they don't even act accordingly to the current strategy.
