Everything
- The job is not interesting, not challenging, no possibility of learning new things, no possibility of optimizing tasks or processes, nor bring enhancements.
- Colleagues tell you every single day that they are willing to share, that you can ask them to repeat things if you do not remember them or do not know them. Then when you ask them for help or information, they reply with annoyed face and emails.
There is no documentation at all, not even regarding basic tasks. So you should be able to learn everything only from listening to the the only single time they will explain you something, if they really do.
- Management is completely detached from everything, they say they are overloaded doing what? Nobody knows, they are incredibly slow, even mentally. They do not monitor productivity, performance, nothing at all.
Performance in Teradata does not exist. They still give the performance bonus to everyone each month, though
- Colleagues and management that don't answer your questions, because they don't understand them. They answer other useless information, repeating the same multiple times. Quite annoying.
- Never meet so many mentally slow people all in one company. People who think slower than my grandma. People who believe they are BI or DBA, but they are only able to work like monkeys. Doing the same task over and over does not make you an expert.
But the environment is international, so they want to make you believe that they hire the best people....such a big lie.
