I am giving this review with honest, thinking atleast i can save someone not joing this company. 1. They dont care about your interests and core technologies, they put you in project what they want. 2. Only testing and maintainace work dont expect development work. 3. 24x7 support expected, dont ask for allowance. They reply do or go. 4. Management treats you like slaves, thinks that they are paying from their pocket. 5. Monopoly is going on, no transparent culture. 6. I can say everyone is trying to get out of this company. There is huge layoffs going on. 7. Dont expext the respect from leads and managers.

Low-level management is a big drawback. Due to their developer connection with the applications, they think more like developers than managers. Because of which, applications seriously lack vision and oftentimes they depend on their developer pool to come up with better ideas and product requirements. Applications lack architecture to the core and are developed with immediate returns in mind. Architecture is treated as a Bug ticket and architecture team works like a special needs development team. Work life balance is just a dream in some teams and hard work gets no appreciation. Managers never hesitate to take things personally and reflect that on year end reviews.
