Healthy work environment and does use some good technologies which has a decent value in the market but not so great that it would help in advancing your career

Cons

There are plenty: HR is a joke. I saw a lot of good people leave and HR didn't do much to retain good talent Definitely disagree with hire and fire strategy

-great product, best in class -international company, works with biggest logos

Cons

-Leadership has been destructive for the past 6 years -Operations are an absolute disaster; you get little to no support from your partnering teams, and more times than not, Teradata management will get in the way of closing your deals.

At Senior Tech Con level and ablove, you have the privilege to buy a car at a very cheap price and you have to commit 3 years to the company.

Cons

They don't have any development projects. HR will not be able to help you in any scenario, they don't have any power. All the employees who are very old are running this firm, with nepotism. My lead treated me horribly and also threatened me if I left from office on time, he wanted me to stay back and work for extra hours.
