      Pros

      Being able to work virtually if not based at a main location. Excellent products and technology.

      Cons

      The company is struggling to redefine itself. There are a lot of political games and land grabs going on. Much of the management could stand to be replaced. Once hired, there is little to no upward mobility and career development. No innovative programs out of HR to attract and retain the best.
