      Good benefits and coworker. Learn more advanced technical skill to keep yourself at the leading edge of technology. The team leader will always give you help. I like the discussion part during a project, which I can learn more from others and share so many good ideaa.

      Working pace is fast and good for a young. The market competition technical services is becoming stiff.

      Above average salary for freshers. Great learning possibilities. Helpful seniors.

      Cons

      Recent management changes has put everyone into chaos. Less chances of internal transfers and promotions. Cannot get much perspective or learning areas if you are into one team ( DBS cannot get much exposure into BAR / Client).
