      Pros

      relaxed, open and very congenial folks. Great products and high customer service focus. Good strategy in place. Very much a trending leader in the data/analytics space.

      Cons

      Too much 'White Knight' syndrome. No one person has the silver bullet. Weak execution against strategy. No coherent talent development plan.
