Benefits - nice new campus, gym, coffee bar, stand up desks

Cons

Lots of politics, 40 year okd tech company struggling to become a 'cloud' company. Lots of leadership transition and downstream impacts of those changes.

Bonus, work environment, free coffee, fruit, drinks

Cons

Their licensing fee structure was a disaster. And they charged clients for upgrades. It inevitably caused them lost revenue, huge overhead having to maintain old versions of the software, etc

Employees are treated well and their is a high degree of professionalism at the worker level

Cons

Leadership’s vision for the company is outdated and not customer focused. Lack of strategy success has resulted in regular layoffs and attrition
