      Pros

      Some great core technology and a fairly large company for the tech sector. Also somewhat of a lifestyle company with many employees that have been there for 20 years or more and have 6 weeks vacation, live in obscure remote locations, etc.

      Cons

      Pay is below market. Culture is an accounting culture internally, although customers have historically been rabid technologist fans. But internal systems are incredibly manual and In the last several years they are being bypassed by all of the hot new open source, cloud, hadoop, noSQL, etc. technologies that has made for a steady decline in their core business.

      great R&D and technology, strong sales driven culture, very knowledgeable team, moderate workload

      no people development, no career paths for people, ancient internal processes and systems, top management lacking vision and drive given the market dynamics,
