      Pros

      Great products. Use to be a good place to work but now they are a sinking company with no direction or strong leadership in place

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, communication, and low morale. They are downsizing and the employees do not feel secure.

      Pros

      A lot of autonomy to get the job done. Home based/virtual work environment. Products are well respected.

      Cons

      Management changes their direction all the time. Pricing discounts start at 50% and are abused, Almost too many products an partners to deal with. Flavor of the month type of sale.

      Pros

      They treat their people extremely well. Great products, good people. They seem to understand that the days of the high dollar EDW platform are coming to an end. Cant say enough good things about the people who are at Teradata. They are smart and dedicated.

      Cons

      Just became part of a reduction in force. They are way too inbred. EVERYONE seems to been there 15 to 30 years. They understand intellectually what they need to do to survive in their market, but they might not understand how to thrive. They have all the pieces they need, but they do not seem to understand how to execute. Lastly, their internal systems are cumbersome antiquated. They need to move to the 21st century with their pricing/quoting systems.
