Free range on how you wish to manage your team as long as the intent is to follow the directive of senior management. Amazing benefits package also, that juicy stock.

Cons

Too many quick and abrupt changes with no clear directives. Very disorganized at the senior management level. Senior Management does not have enough knowledge in construction operations to run the department correctly. They wish to run a construction company as a tech company and it doesn’t work.
