High turnover rate of executives and Sr. Managers, frequently mandates OT for all hourly employees and managers are expected to work 55+ hours and be available at all times for meetings/company pushes. Consistently asked to do more with less employees and there are always competing priorities for software improvements. Overall provides a lack of support for the employee experience resulting in a consistently poor customer experinence.
