Pros

Not many pros except for stock options. Pay is okay but could be better.

Cons

-Employees are not told about lunch breaks, pressured to eat while working. -Job expectations are changing on a daily basis, asking us sales advisors to beg customers to use Full Self Driving because it counts towards our metrics -You just feel like a number here. I was thrown into this with little training and I did not get to shadow anybody really for my first week. I was also pulled out of trainings to assist customers -Tons of pressure. Expectation is to make 30 cars a day and to sell 3-4 a day as a seasoned advisor. -They mostly hire managers from outside roles, not employees from within who deserve the opportunity. -Things are constantly being held back due to poor customer service, slow responses from financing and trade in teams

Pros

Gets to work a lot on different projects and ownerships, Great location in Fremont California, Tesla provides a lot of commute benefits. Hours are not bad and not forced to stay overtime like production or manufacturing roles.

Cons

Pay is slightly underwhelming without other experience before Tesla. Lunches can be a little cheaper.
