More than anything you feel like you are part of a mission, you are changing the world. You get to drive the most amazing vehicles in the market all the time. Most of your co-workers are like-minded amazing individuals. You are constantly learning, improving and getting better at what you do.
Cons
Tesla can be unpredictable in a good way sometimes, but mostly in a bad way. Store staff and management are kept in the dark untill last minute about important decisions. One minute you feel like they are changing into a more agressive aproach, the next minute they change their minds and eliminate your role completely, only to change their minds once again and go back to business as usual. Customer relations are constantly hurt by those last minute decisions.
