Great benefits, amazing team members, great work environment

Cons

Being in the company for over a year, things change in a matter of weeks ever since i started. Change is not bad, not sticking to 1 plan then switching to another quickly is. I've witnessed top quality employees leaving because of the uncertainty that rules often.
