Great benefits, you’ll have the opportunity to work with people who also believe in the same mission as you do, career growth

Cons

Compensation is low compared to other companies, aggressive hiring goals and to be quite honest, seem very unrealistic. 1 recruiter will have 50 openings while another recruiter has 200+ openings on their plate. Distribute work properly! We have recruiters who are on their way out due to no work life balance
