      All the usual HFT benefits, food, excellent medical/dental, etc. Lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Smart people does not guarantee success, they need to be led.

      Pros

      A very supportive team and culture, especially for a trading technology company. It has more of a tech or science company atmosphere. There were no ‘jerks’ or hostile politics.

      Cons

      For some it might be too quiet, too much of an independent environment (maybe due to the abundance of introverted science, math and engineering focused staff).
