Pros

Great place if you want to coast in your career.

Cons

The pay is about 15% less than most other places. Also the benefits are not what they advertise. You also can't get health insurance for 90 days!!

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, good overall company values, lots of smart people to work alongside, great amenities, cafeteria on campus, opportunity to learn, emphasis on caring and taking care of retail stores

Cons

Cutthroat IT leadership, employees are treated like bodies, political/dishonest leadership, high school "click" mentality, lack of flexibility on working remote, contractors treated like 2nd class citizens (I was full time, but I noticed bad contractor treatment), lack of transparency from leadership, old school product development practices, no place for original creativity, lack of path forward in career, outside folks hired for management positions, no promotions internally
