Pros

Really good benefits like health, 401k, & stock options (might go away tho)

Cons

- Way too many ride alongs with management (1-2 times a month with a review that’s never really positive) - Compensation is inconsistent (changes a lot) - no expense budget to entertain clients - deliveries are a nightmare and you have no control (third party in most cases) - there is a 2nd half budget adjustment (territory budget can double mid year based on first half results which will affect your bonus) - Stress Stress Stress… this job will test you mentally
