Pros

Amazing team, awesome culture, nice benefits.

Cons

Lack of work-life balance, difficulty moving up within your career, insufficient pay. Entire team is burned out and not receiving internal career opportunities despite being here for years. It is all about who you know here, not necessarily your experience. We've all applied and applied time and time again and keep hearing that "we don't have the experience" they are looking for. It's a neverending cycle and it's not okay.

Pros

the manager is nice so... yeah

Cons

where to start... the amount of work vs pay is not there... the reverse pyramid thing they try and convince you of is pure baloney... 55 billion in profits last year and they spent 15 billion of it on stock buy backs... 475000 employees could each make $30,000 more a year roughly a $10 and hour raise if the reverse pyramid thing was true... but no its all just smoke and mirrors... no employee discounts and profit sharing is a complete joke... they blatantly lie during training about unions and are not afraid to state that if you belong to a union you will be fired if you speak about unions they will lie and say that you are not working with other employees and fired... theres more... but im not going to put it all here

Pros

The benefits are beyond your average dental, vision and medical coverage. However you will have to do your own research because HR will not explain this part during orientation.

Cons

Upon hire this is lack of communication and unorganized. The pay is very low even for managers and department supervisors. No flexible schedule unless you’re part-time. But part- time doesn’t get as many hours. Once you become Fulltime, dedicate your whole entire life at the store because you will mainly work everyday and doing more with less pay. This company will overwork you completely!
