Pros

Good relations with fellow workmates and supervisors. Company is committed to community service, which is important to me. Decent benefits and flexible work schedules.

Cons

Limited opportunity for lateral movement and even less for upward. Playing field is not always fair, but this is true in most companies. Salary increases moving much slower than cost of living, although this has improved a bit lately

All of the employees and the owner are very friendly. They encourage you to gain further education. Their customer service is outstanding.

Cons

Sometimes it is very busy and very fast pace. I enjoy that but some may not.
