Pros

Good balance between work and life. Pay is okay but not after the length of time I have worked here.

Cons

I work very long hours with no overtime. Customers are absolutely awful in a low income area. UPS doesn't do enough advertising against other companies and it hurts the stores more than anything.

Pros

Easiest job in the world. Owners were extremely nice and helpful. Very little responsibility. Gave you however many hours you wanted to work and any days off that you wanted. Could do any homework or watch TV while not doing anything.

Cons

No room for advancement in pay. Very little work incentive.

They are not good for a career unless you are the store owner becase they are franchise based companies.
