It all depends on which store you work at.

Good pay, paid holidays, paid vacation.... it really all depends on which store you work at because they are all independently owned. My owner paid well but was ridiculous in how he wanted things done.

Cons

Half of the people who come in to the UPS Store (or call the store) think you're UPS (which is not the case) and this is apparently the most complicated concept ever. There are some rude customers, but I guess that comes with working with the public in general. The boss and management all depend on which store you work at, so it's hard to comment on that since it varies so much.

Good balance between work and life. Pay is okay but not after the length of time I have worked here.

Cons

I work very long hours with no overtime. Customers are absolutely awful in a low income area. UPS doesn't do enough advertising against other companies and it hurts the stores more than anything.
