Fairly straightforward responsibilities and nothing overly difficult to learn is integral to the job.

Cons

The rules given to us by corporate make everything take longer, and makes every problem caused by their incongruent rules look like it's our fault to the customers.

Pros

Worked here in college and it was flexible with my work schedule. People who worked there were friendly. Learned skills that I still use in my new role. It was a great first job for me, learning about shipping, UPS, logistics, customer service in a fun environment.

Cons

You had to deal with customers who were mad about their shipments, or the cost of shipping at times but that comes with any retail job.

Pros

Good opportunity for learning to work with customers, especially the difficult ones. For those who want to learn packing, printing, or document creation it's a good job. Too few employees lately don't seem interested.

Cons

Several of the younger employees (in their 20's) not all don't want to learn the job. My hands are tied because the owner plays favorites & allows them to do as they please. This has gone on for a while & I'm tired of having a lot of responsibility with little power. That's why I'm looking for another job.
