This company can be great if you put the time in and there is an understanding by the owner of how to manage. Pay is usually decent for the kind of work being done.

Cons

No benefits, individually owned so supervision can be terrible depending on the owner, Limited growth.

The UPS Store is a great place to work. Employees are friendly and you get to meet a lot of great customers. Very nice environment

Cons

The only thing about this job that I too much dont like is the salary. I believe that the owner should pay more to the employees for working as hard as we do. I love my job but I could very well use a raise. Been there 1 year and no one talks about getting raises
