Flexible hours, easy work, good experience

Cons

Rarely go over 30hrs per week, money isn't great, constant drama (at my location) customers can be rude, not always working on design mostly amazon returns.

Pros

promoted to manager easy and fast. You learn a lot at low risk. Lots of room to show more skills and take more responsibility

Cons

Owners at stores tend to be cheap and not pay great but instead will find ways to try to keep you stuck there if you aren't thoughtful to move on and notice you have much better paying options elsewhere. "nice" owners but not in your best interest. very limited upside past $20-25/hr. Learn, and move on fast to a better job.
