-Periods of free time if business is slow, not much else -It really depends on the owner of the store

Cons

-Horrible pay -No room for advancement -Policies and prices vary from store to store, making for a lot of angry customers.

Job is not difficult. Usually you don't have a lot of other co workers to deal with. You get to see a lot of incredible stuff while packing shipments.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to grow in the company since it's a franchise. Also there's a possibility that management won't offer you any benefits.
