      Poor HR communication, Lower end salary/ Salary difference per roll per store including same rolls in different stores

      - A lot of hours if you want - Great discount - Fun if you love jewellery, you learn a lot about stones and gems

      Cons

      - Little training on administrative duties - The online program is annoying and not helpful
