We're disappointed to read about your experience at ThoughtWorks and we're sorry that it wasn't more positive. We are working with the India leadership team to gather reviews such as yours and address the issues that challenge our employees. I'm sorry you didn't have a more positive experience working here, but we appreciate the honest feedback. Feedback is what allows our culture to grow and improve. And we are committed to frank and difficult yet honest conversations that are important in helping us to create an environment where all ThoughtWorkers can thrive. If you are happy to do so, I'd like to personally connect. Please feel free to reach out to me on shirly.evangelin@thoughtworks.com. Wishing you the best, Shirly

Pros

No work pressure at all, chill life

Cons

1. Quality of projects that are undertaken is very low/bad (I was working on some data ingestion task in a graph db) 2. Doesn't matter what they say, chances are you'll be doing very trivial work 3. Horrible management! No effort is made to match employees' skills to the projects they work/consult on 4. No cutting edge work, hence, no learning 5. Compensation is very less, not according to industry standards.

Brand and some of employees outside India are great.

Cons

Thoughtworks hires cheap cheaper cheapest folks (in terms of salary, education, experience) and enjoys fat billing rates.
