      Pros

      Lot of gas and no actual worth.

      Cons

      The whole company is in no way better than an Infy or wipro. But can give you a feel of being better than a google or microsoft i.e until you join.

      Pros

      Really smart people to work with. Places immense amount of trust even in new employees. You learn a lot about different domains Great people culture

      Cons

      TW India, China, Africa etc are given unequal treatment as opposed to the 'Global north' countries(US,OZ, UK). All the great projects are mainly controlled my them and the 'Global south' offices have to listen to them. It's a form of IT racism that TW so blatantly claim the dont participate in. Favoritism and special treatment is given to a select few. If you are looking to move to another country TW is not the place for you . Lots of great people have left for this reason.

      -Understanding Agile in all its purity! -Smart colleagues -Good Salaries -Good benefits

      Cons

      - Too much travel - Extreme arrogance of people who have been there for a few years makes you sick - Senior management seems to deal in favouritism a lot more then other organisations of this size. - Flat structure is a myth, there is a hierarchy only more hidden then in other orgs. Typically the RM.
