Pros

Get to work with some amazing people and learn some cool practices.

Cons

A lot of hypocrisy. Most of the work is on average web apps, but the company talks as if they code for NASA. Senior management preaches about doing good things in life without arguing about pay. Opportunities, reviews, ratings and salary hikes are SOLELY based on perception and not at all on the skill level or how about effort one puts in. More of Talk Works than Thought Works.

- smart people - technology leaders - positive culture - very poor management and leadership, with little to no qualifications

Cons

- "relationships matter more than results" is what the management states as a core value, so ti comes down to who you know and who likes you, rather than results, which encourages politics over productivity - the average employment is less than 2 yrs - company lacks diversity, below the industry average, although it's a core value and objective - equality among workers doesn't really exist

Very political Pathetic HR Very novice and inexperienced non PS staff No proper designations No proper career growth path you are supposed to excel in each and every field and learn things magically Going through growth pain in a very wrong fashion.
