Pays better than Indian services company.

Cons

Once they see the mismatch between demand and supply, they start to lay off people and that to very secretly. They are not thinking twice how the employee is going to manage without an offer in hand. Very bad experience indeed. Think multiple times before joining this company. Do not go by their goodie goodie talks. They will not think twice before firing you when the demand is low.
