Pros

The people of the company has to be the biggest strength at Thoughtworks. Work life balance is ok. The developer community is also ok and Agile is practiced all acrss. The nice office space is laid out well. Professional approach with clients and good image in the developer community.

Cons

Lots of politics ruining a good company. Artificial roles like Strategic Recruitment have been cleverly created for incompetent people to hide within the system. Time for the Chairman to wake up and figure out whats happening at India office.
