Pros

My colleagues on the project were top-notch people. The events at the office were amazing and there were a lot of opportunities to learn something new.

Cons

Management was cold. They didn't care about their employees' wellbeing and the only way to force their hand is threatening to quit. This is definitely not a healthy relationship between employer and employee. Even though the company is projecting an image of social justice and software excellence, its main concern is still about making money with the rest being an afterthought.
