      Pros

      There were many positives like hybrid model, lot of benefits, although claiming benefit is a tedious process. Some people are inclusive minded but no in depth understanding anymore

      Cons

      All good people left, high attrition. Organisational. structural and procedure changes almost every month since last couple years. My manager had no qualification or experience.

      No longer a best place to work

      Awesome and smart people that will help you grow as a incredible consultant.

      Cons

      Management has killed the culture or just gutted to the ground. People are forced to lower their heads and just do as HR or management says which is hurtful.
