Pros

Solid colleagues, opportunity to work with talented, passionate people. Opportunity to learn a lot about software delivery

Cons

Dismal comp, lower than average for the industry, firm hasn't found its footing since going public, hopefully a reorg and leadership changes can course correct in this difficult environment.

Pros

Incredible Work Culture: The company boasts an incredible work culture that fosters a positive experience for employees. Fantastic Colleagues: The camaraderie among colleagues contributes to an unparalleled work environment. Employee-Centric Organization: The level of trust extended to employees sets a benchmark, highlighting the organization's commitment to its workforce. Respect and Recognition: The global marketing team consistently treats employees with the utmost respect and values their contributions highly. Work-Life Balance: The commitment to maintaining work-life balance enhances the overall quality of life for employees. But also depends on project to project.

Cons

Issues with Rapid Expansion: The rapid expansion post-public listing and subsequent layoffs have led to a sense of the company losing its direction. Quality of Hires: Mediocre hires, particularly at slightly senior levels, are diminishing the company's familial atmosphere. Limited Career Opportunities: Opportunities for internal growth seem to favor employees in global north regions, potentially neglecting talent from other regions.
