      Normally off duty at 6pm

      Cons

      1. No good feeding of security, no community feeling, no good colleague relationships. 2. The Resource Manager is good at manipulation and mind control. 3. Core team always disappears to the colleagues but only show up to outside of the company. 4. Low salary. 5. No good projects anymore. Only banks and automobiles.

      Is good for some and no so good for many

      Pros

      Still working on good tech, have opportunity of growth.

      Cons

      No proper salary revision since last 2years. In last 3 years they have skipped hike 2 times. Culture is gone. They are moving towards just another service based company. Evaluation on Promotions are extremely biased.
