      Pros

      Colleagues are intelligent and talented.

      Cons

      The Management (so-called Client Leadership Team) is sitting in India but running German projects. Their way of handling employees is very much demotivating and demeaning. They treat humans like things. They're not available for any feedback discussions.

      Pros

      You'll have the chance to meet and work with a lot smart, proactive, competent people.

      Cons

      - Leadership is anything but genuine in relation to the values they claim to care about. - Leadership is mediocre and lack strategic vision. - The company can no longer afford great talent (and still, they continue to promote the incompetent ones). - Politics and favoritism lead the game. -You'll have to handle an insane workload, with the excuse that 1) it's expected of you 2) there's no budget to bring additional resources.
