By continuing to focus on improvements in these areas over the past few years we have been able to see our attrition rate remain well below industry average, whilst achieving an industry leading client net promoter score.
We are committed to frank and difficult yet honest conversations that are important in helping us to create an environment where all Thoughtworkers can thrive. Harassment in any form is not tolerated at Thoughtworks, and is addressed clearly in our Code of Conduct and our Speak Up policies.
