Pros

Latest and cutting edge technologies are used

Cons

Company has lost its old culture of constructive feedbacks and respect. Old thoughtworkers are leaving the company. The new management is from bad companies and are bringing bad policies to such a good company. Increments are becoming like traditional service based companies. New culture in the company is beyond tolerable and people are leaving company.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your candid feedback. We strive to ensure that Thoughtworks is an inclusive, equitable, and positive environment. We are disappointed to hear you have not had a more pleasant experience during your short time with us. The experience of every employee and client is taken very seriously at Thoughtworks. By continuing to focus on improvements in these areas over the past few years we have been able to see our attrition rate remain well below industry average, whilst achieving an industry leading client net promoter score. We are committed to frank and difficult yet honest conversations that are important in helping us to create an environment where all Thoughtworkers can thrive. Harassment in any form is not tolerated at Thoughtworks, and is addressed clearly in our Code of Conduct and our Speak Up policies. If you are comfortable discussing this in more detail we would welcome the opportunity to listen and learn further. Please reach out directly to pjohnson@thoughtworks.com – Pallavi Johnson, Head of Talent, Australia. Otherwise, if you feel that your concerns were not appropriately addressed or that you were witness to misconduct, please consider contacting the Integrity Hotline (link here: https://bit.ly/3HrMKyS). This independently run service is another way that we can learn, and ensure we are living up to our own expectations. Thank you again for your review, and any feedback you gave us directly as part of the process when leaving us. It does challenge us to ensure we are finding ways to create a better environment for everyone.
