Pros
Nice benefits (most of them are irrelevant because of the pandemic); the tech stack is up-to-date, even experimental at times (functional Scala, etc.); lots of opportunities to learn new things if you're interested; nice people, if you're lucky with your team. Can be great place for a first job, especially if you manage to get into their Fintech educational program.
Cons
Pay could be much bigger given all the talk about the company's financial performance; only one bonus per year (basically 13th salary), over-the-top corporate propaganda (Tinkoff family, Tinkoff DNA, etc.), not so nice people, if you're unlucky (rarely incompetent, but often rude and not exactly fun), paranoid security rules, which are fair given the amount of customer's personal data stored. Top management constantly compares Tinkoff to other IT giants, like Yandex, Mail.ru, etc., but in reality the overall atmosphere and the working culture is still of a typical bank.
