1) Awful managers
As a support agent you will work in a group of 10 to 15 employees with one manager per group.
You WILL depend on your manager.
They don’t care about you, you can’t ask them anything, most of the time they will sleep right on their desk or they’ll text someone on their phones (which is prohibited by Tinkoff’s rules AFAIK).
Daily corporate e-mails with something like “YALL GET FIRED” are totally OK in here.
2) All sorts of penalties / fines
You can’t keep a phone on your desk (unlike your manager), you can’t get 1 minute late, if you try it — next thing you’ll see is your manager screaming at you and you’ll get all sorts of fines and penalties.
3) Dishonest HR people
You’ll never know your salary (they promised 40-50K RUB salary, real salary turned out to be 29K), they promise you’ll get paid for your time spent on their lessons / courses / exams. You will not! As their rules state (and you’ll never know them until you’ll get fired) — you will get paid for your time spent on lessons and exams ONLY if you’ll work at Tinkoff at least for 3 months.
4) Awful corporate culture
As I said before — daily corporate e-mails with something like “YALL GET FIRED” are totally OK in here.
Screaming, hateful managers are totally OK too.
Also, if they’ll decide to fire you — they will do so by “asking” (i. e. screaming at you again) you to write and sign a resignation letter (which from legal perspective means that you did this on your own and its just you who decided to leave).
