      comfortable office, caring HR department, interesting projects, you have time and resources for self-developement, possibility to work from offices in different cities. 90% of people are nice, young and at the same time very professional

      Cons

      No significant salary promotion if you do not push the manager Not all of the managers are good at management, and you have no way to influence them, just put up or change a team
