      Pros

      -People. The human environment is really good, very helpful friendly and welcoming -Benefits. I think that the package of benefits is very strong, it includes: Food tickets, free public transport, regular company events, discounts to different shops, 30 min paid lunch time. Homeoffice - 50% of work is done from the homeoffice ( after the onboarding period)

      Cons

      The interviewing process was too long, it lasted aproximatively 2 months over 7 or more meetings. Almost all the benefits listed above are available only 3 months after getting the job (after onboarding process)
