Pros

I have only been at the organization for less than 6 months but absolutely everyone has made me feel at home. Everyone is always willing to answer questions or to assist you , in finding the right person, place or thing. It's a very inclusive community!

Cons

The biscuits - it's like freshman year at University - you gain weight because of all the yummy treats! :)

Pros

I like the fact you are more than just a number here. I've come from larger organisations where it was often difficult to see the impact your role had on the wider business. Here that is not the case as you're encouraged to actively collaborate with other teams. People are very friendly, there are regular socials, there's flexibility with hours (within reason) and roles grow with experience.

Cons

Comms could be better communicated down from senior management but i think we're moving in the right direction there.

Cons

Senior leadership team has no leadership skills whatsoever and that shows Slow paced, no real need/urgency to deliver value for customers so very little energy in the place Domain knowledge is held as an indication for seniority, not skills. It's not that difficult to be really considered as senior as long as you're willing to wait the 3-5 years required to gather that knowledge
