Pros

great people to work with, good perks, interesting industry

Cons

plenty of politics and no real management, changes so often that there is no chance to make the work better or achieve anything, lots of promisses and expectations

I Enjoy Working Here

Pros

Great people, free breakfast, weekend away once a year, social events. Opportunities to learn, good induction and buddy system for technical staff on the operations side. Flexible working on the development side, Scrum implemented. Self-learning and organisation promoted. After reading some of the reviews on here even I would be anxious to attend an interview if I was looking for employment but it’s really not that bad. Some of the reviews have come from people who were leaving the company. In some cases they have been the cause of their own unhappiness during a period of change that they did not embrace (and sometimes actively worked against). The best thing about working here is that if you have the right attitude, work hard and think outside the box, you are supported in your ideas. Especially if you want to change something for the benefit of everyone. I have also seen people start out in one area of the business and flourish in another because they had the right skills, wanted to push themselves or try something different.

Cons

Pressure can be high at times on the operations side, especially for the support teams and consultants but no more than expected. General office politics and communication issues between senior management and team leads.

Pros

Initially seems great with free breakfast food and social events, but life quickly changes

Cons

Spoiled by management that is way too heavy handed and a CEO that is passive-agressive and enjoys see his staff try to achieve but who are constantly blocked from doing so. This is fuelled by other individuals that would be classed 'bullies' if in the playground.
