Good Benefit Decent Hours (since pay is low) Stamford, CT is livable

Cons

Expect only only base salary, do NOT expect any bonus IT group is not respected by traders and front office Stamford is too far from mainstream financial firms in NYC, not easy to switch jobs

Cons

Infrastructure is old, people tend to get promoted/paid as a function of politics and of how much time they sped on the company.

Best performing branch in the entire organization. Great training. Good Location on Rodeo Drive. Management has a clear passion for success.

Cons

No parking for trainees. Expected to work 10 to 12 hour days and on Saturdays. Unreseanable expectations of performance. They will kick you to the curb.
