the above, and flexible working hours when you need time off. I'm lucky, I have a great and understanding line manager. Lots of employee benefits. Nice working environment in London.

- End-to-end Cab Drop and Pickup Service -Work Culture, Flexible Working Hours -Hybrid Working - Basic benefits (paid leaves, Medical Coverage etc.)

Cons

- Slow growth compared to peer Banks - Hike is in the lower range -Bonus is way less than the major US Banks
