Pros

Big network. Name on your badge.

Cons

This organization has one of the most gang-based disrespectful, stressful, and lost working atmospheres I have ever worked in. Unlike other UNs it's basically an army base where you must obey otherwise your boss who belongs to one of the internal mafias will kick you out and will make sure you will never get another job with the UNDP network. You will do many reasonable work. You will do lots of irrelevant work and ask yourself isn't it the job of WHO, UNICEF, UNIDO, FAO, ... that we are doing? Why are we trying to steal their jobs when they are the right organizations? Why do we exist?! Choose carefully, fellows. Do yourselves and your families a favor and avoid the angry dragon who doesn't care about its employees.
