Pros

1. So many learning opportunities and resources in a multicultural context 2. You get to work with mostly intelligent colleagues 3. The benefits are good 4. Work is so challenging that it stretches you--you will really become better at what you do (and don't usually do)

Cons

1. Heavy work load (can't emphasize this enough) 2. Not much opportunities for promotion/moving up 3. Pay is a bit lower than in other similar international organizations for the same role
