Pros

This experience taught me how to work with a multicultural team, and to be autonomous and to take the initiative. You are involved in several cases and you really follow them.

Cons

There was little supervision, especially since the teams were most of the time working from home (which can also be an advantage, depending if you prefer to work from home or not).
